My career began in library science, organizing knowledge systems and services for library patrons. I now lead end-to-end work for complex products organizing understanding for teams across domains and disciplines.

Teams often sense something is off before they know what it is. I’m the person who helps them figure out what’s actually missing. It might be information, alignment, or clarity on what they’re striving to solve. By understanding what’s unclear, I help teams think through it – together – before things get expensive.
