I map invisible structures through research, design, and systems thinking to reveal how users move through complex systems, what stakeholders actually need, and then build consensus for what we can do about it – together.

I started my career in library science organizing knowledge systems and services for library patrons. Now I have 10+ years leading end-to-end work for complex products organizing understanding for teams across domains and disciplines.
